The graphic content of the presentation is inspired by 'For Dummies' series published by John Wiley and sons. You will find out how feedback helped to design the new library at Royal Holloway, University of London - I am referring here to presentation from the M25 conference in 2018, created by Helen Rimmer and Matthew Brooke.
